Does a match guarantee availability or authenticity?
No. A match identifies potentially suitable dealers from available registry evidence. Confirm current availability, price, certification, treatment, provenance and terms directly with the dealer.
What makes a request produce stronger matches?
Include the gemstone, carat range, origin preference, acceptable treatments, certification requirement, budget, delivery country and desired timing.
What happens when I contact a matched dealer?
Your enquiry is stored securely and relayed to that dealer. The dealer replies directly and can manage the lead through their private dashboard.
